helps keep the price down. I optimize your images for the web and slide them, along with your text, into a predesigned
template, which also keeps the price low. That's it - that's all! You get only what you need and you pay only for what
you get. There are no hidden costs, but please read the obligatory fine print at the bottom of the page.

Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine submission (SES) are time consuming, so they too cost more. These are listed as extra
items because with many small businesses, it does not matter if people on the other side of the planet can find them on the world wide
web. Often, business owners just want their virtual doors to be open so local people can visit when it is convenient. That being said, SEO and SES
do make it easier for local, regional and national visitors to find you. At the very least, web sites should be submitted to directories -
special interest directories in particular. This is something you can do for yourself at little or no cost.
If you wish to purchase a domain name (e.g. www.yourbusinessname.com) from the registrar of your choice and use it for your web site, there is an additional charge, as noted above,
because this requires a different configuration for the hosting and email account.

Applicable taxes are extra. Hosting for this package is for a term of one year. While the price may change slightly, so far, it looks like next
year's rate will be about $6.00 per month, or $60.00 per year - provided the original web site is unaltered.

the express permission of the owner(s) of those images and/or text. Since you provide the images and text used on your web site, it is your
responsibility to ensure that those images and text are unencumbered by copyright protection.

from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of this service.

"Build it and they will come" does not apply to the Internet. Therefore, unless you have subscribed to the SEO option above, it will be your
responsibility to promote your own web site and attract visitors. If you subscribe to SEO and SES, every effort will be made to obtain the best
possible positioning and ranking, but due to the vast number of variations found on the Internet and its constantly changing nature, top
ranking and positioning cannot be guaranteed.
